I was invited to a Vegetarian/Vegan BBQ Memorial Day (Yesterday) and I could not have been more excited!
I wanted to make something that was not only easy and quick but a HUGE crowd pleaser!
When I began to look up recipes I noticed that there wasn’t much to do in regards to a Vegan Mexican Dip. They all had about the same ingredients:
- 1 can vegetarian refined beans
- Vegan Sour Cream
- Vegan Nacho Cheese Sauce
- pico de gallo
- black olives
I LAYERED all the ingredients in that order and it seriously turned out AMAZING! Simple, easy, quick and most important CHEAP! Everyone was asking me about this recipe and saying how good it was. So pleased with myself!
