My shopping list is never crazy long. I love simplicity in my life and if it gets too crazy I prob won’t finish cooking LOL In this post, you’ll find a downloadable vegan shopping list. Vegan or vegetarian, I think this shopping list may come in handy – especially if you are just starting to transition to a plant-based diet or a newbie like me!
NO, I don’t buy this ALL at once. The baking needs, grains, superfoods, spices, beans, legumes, etc… all this stuff just accumulates over time and I have figured out what I like to have on hand. You’ll figure it out in time, too. But this is a great start to get you thinking about what you should buy. Our pantry has grown over time – trust me, it does not happen overnight!
